Grow Product Changelogs for 19th June, 2023

  1. We can now generate a web link to the Travel Portal for Travel Agents who require the same so that their customers can follow the link and purchase insurance by themselves.

  1. For every link generated for a Travel Agent, we ensure that commissions on transactions that happen via the generated link are tied to the Agent’s account and they are able to see these transactions on the Grow Dashboard
  2. When a partner wants to authorize an order, they get a server error when the order doesn't belong to them. This has been fixed such that when an order ID that doesn't belong to a partner is used, the partner gets a 404 error informing them that the order does not exist.
  3. When purchasing a product, the partner's commission calculation was noted to be incorrect.
    This has been fixed and now, a partner's commission is calculated based on the rate that appears on the partner's SLA document.
  4. On the compliance page, when a partner downloads the SLA doc, their commission share doesn't show in the downloaded document. However, it shows in the document preview. This issue has been resolved.
  5. We have updated the current SLA to match the correct version based on the partner's location. There is an SLA for Nigerian partners and another version for international partners.
  6. Premium calculation and revenue breakdown for some product types was noted to have some inconsistencies on the Grow Dashboard. We have updated the dashboard to call the API to return the premium instead of duplicating the feature on the UI.
