  1. Partners are now able to add orders to the Grow Dashboard via a Bulk Order Upload option. This is however only available for the CreditLife product type for now.

  1. The personal address information on the Personal tab of the KYC/SLA module is no longer a requirement for KYC as the business address is already collected.

  2. The National ID option in the drop for ID card requirement on the Personal tab of the KYC/SLA module for Ghanaians has been removed.
    The Ghana card is already a National ID.

  3. The CAC7 information under the document requirements for Nigerian Business KYC is no longer a requirement. This has been removed from the business information requirements dropdown with its corresponding file upload functionality.

  4. New users added to existing accounts no longer need to fulfill KYC requirements and sign the SLA document over again. Only account owners fill out KYC and sign the SLA. Other users only see information in disabled fields and are unable to make changes.

  5. A banner reminding account owners to fulfill KYC requirements when they haven’t done so has been implemented.

  6. On the ‘Personal Information' tab of the KYC/SLA module, a validated phone number field has been introduced.

  7. In the KYC/SLA module, a validated website field within the 'Personal Information' tab has been included.

  8. On the ‘Business Information' tab of the KYC/SLA module, a validated text area for the business description has been added and this is mapped to the SLA template.

  9. The API fields for Job Loss Insurance have been updated to include the following:

    1. General KYC
    2. Employment Letter
    3. Name of Employer
    4. Job role
    5. Date of Employment
    6. Gross Income
    7. Net Income
    8. Next of Kin details (Name, Phone, Email)
    9. Beneficiary/Customer details (Name, Phone, Email)

  10. The API fields of Gadget Insurance have been updated to include the following:

    1. General KYC
    2. Gadget Type
    3. Gadget Name (Model & Brand)
    4. Gadget Price
    5. Date Purchased
    6. Picture of device
    7. Gadget IMEI number
    8. Receipt of Ownership
    9. Beneficiary details (Name, Phone, Email)

  11. Health Insurance policy purchases have been updated to require the following fields on the API

    1. General KYC
    2. Medical History (kindly write down any previous health complication you may have)
    3. Next of Kin details (Name, Phone no, Email)
    4. Preferred Hospital location

  12. Third-Party Motor Insurance on the API now requires the following fields

    1. General KYC
    2. Chasis No.
    3. Drivers License Number

  13. Comprehensive Motor Insurance orders also require the following fields on the API

    1. General KYC
    2. Car value
    3. Car Make & Model
    4. Chasis No.
    5. Engine No.
    6. Vehicle color
    7. Drivers license

    Kindly note General KYC means Name, DOB, Email, Phone No., and a Government-Issued ID (National ID, Voters ID, International Passport, or Driver's Licence)
