Objective

Our Auto Claims product's main objective is to revolutionize the vehicle inspection process by integrating AI-driven technologies for efficient damage detection and assessment thereby enhancing the motor insurance experience for both insurers and policyholders.

Fundamentally, it seeks to reduce claim processing durations and the manual efforts involved in vehicle inspection for policy underwriting and claims. Ultimately, these advancements aim to elevate the overall customer experience for policyholders.

Policyholders:

Individuals using the platform have the ability to acquire a new policy, access and review active policies, as well as submit claims. Additionally, insurers possess the capability to review and action new policy purchase requests, manage claim submissions, and gain comprehensive insight into customers and their transactions.
